Every returned item equals an environmental impact, so we do everything we can to minimize unnecessary shipping of items.
With each avoided return, at least 1.7 kg of CO₂ is saved, so with seven averted returns per year, this corresponds to the offset amount of one tree.

Step 1: Fill out and print out the returns form

Click the Download Returns Form link and fill out the PDF. Please print it out and include it in your returns package.

Step 2: Request and print the return label

You can easily generate and print out a free returns label from home via the DHL returns portal.
With this label you can send the package back to us free of charge. Just click on the following link and you will be taken to the external DHL site.

Fill out the form with all the required information. You can find your order number on the delivery note or your invoice.
Then click on »Next«, now you can generate the label by clicking on the »Open and print PDF« field.

Note: The return label is only valid for your current Eisbär return.

Step 3: Send the package

Please pack the items carefully for return shipping and enclose the printed returns form.
Cut off the return label along the marking, stick it on your return package and take it to the nearest DHL drop-off point.
After we receive the package, you will get your refund.

Would you like to exchange a product? The direct exchange process is not possible. In this case: please place a new order for the desired model and return the original order to us. After we receive the package, you will get your refund.

Right of withdrawal and cancellation policy

Statutory right of cancellation and cancellation policy for consumers in the sense of §1 KSchG:
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.
